The cabin is in a quiet location off Meadow Creep Loop surrounded by trees and the forest. You take a dirt road off the main highway for 3 miles until you reach the cabin. This road isn’t plowed once the snow comes, so its only accessible by snowmobile in the winter months (November – March). Located short driving distance to Island Park to the West entrance to Yellowstone Park (25 minutes), and to Henry’s Lake. This offers a true cabin experience of being out in the woods!

There isn’t any public transportation in the area so you’ll need to have a car to get around. There 700+ miles of trails that one can ride motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles etc on. We have ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles available for rent if you’re looking for a different way to explore the area other than in a car.

From mid-December to March you can depend on snow in Island Park. The roads are plowed well, but it would be a good idea to bring a vehicle that works well in the snow. A truck with clearance, 4WD or AWD is best.

We ask that you do a couple simple things when checking out like take your trash to a nearby dumpster, wash the dishes (There isn’t a dishwasher), wash towels and leave them drying, pull sheets off of beds that are slept in and leave them on beds. We do this to make sure the cleaning service has enough time to get the cabin ready for the next guests and to keep fees lower for you.

Take an adventure on the hundreds of miles of trails for snowmobiles, UTVs, and ATVs right out the back door. We also rent out snowmobiles, UTVs, and ATVs as well and can arrange a rentals for you!
