What a great place! I visited Island Park Cabins and Lodges in February 2019 for a few days of relaxing and riding snowmobiles. The experience I had far exceeded my expectations. The housing feels like home, built with the same quality and attention to detail. The snow machines were new and built for the surrounding terrain, not some wore out equipment that you often see. They also had everything I needed like bibs, boots, coat, gloves, helmet, etc… I did bring my own thermals, head cover and goggles. The best part was the people. I have to say some of the nicest, most sincere people I’ve ever met. They did everything to make sure my time there was the best it could be. Although, I did have some dealing with a guy named Bryan that wasn’t great, but I can’t let one bad apple spoil the bunch. All in all a great experience that I will never forget and will be back soon when I can stay longer! I will highly recommend Island Park to everyone, hence this review

This was our 3rd year staying in Island Park and I can honestly say this outfit is amazing. They take very good care of us each year and the accommodations are fabulous. This year Carol went above and beyond to help us. She was constantly keeping in touch with us and relaying information about weather and road conditions. I really can't say enough about this place. The snowmobiling is amazing as well. Thank you so much.

A bunch of us rented snowmobiles from Island Park Cabins and Lodges. It was super easy and smooth. Showed up and everything was ready to go, and the machines ran great!

We brought our hardware managers in from all our stores to hold year end sales ,budgeting and goal setting meetings. It was a fantastic hit with all the managers. We rented Snowmobiles from island park rentals and had a unbelievable group experience In team building with helping some of our new managers feel part of our team. This experience did not feel like work. Wow. We then were able to Explore Yellowstone National park the next day on a snow coach tour. It was very cool to see so much wildlife and experience old faithful erupt. We will defiantly come back next year, hopefully for a few more days. The cabins were very clean and driveways well plowed after the first huge snow storm as we arrived. It was a unbelievable winter wonderland.Thanks island park cabins and lodges and island park rentals for they great venue for our event.

We rented several snow mobiles for a little day trip with some of my work friends! So much fun! The snowmobiles all ran amazing, and far exceeded my expectations! They were fast, and had absolutely no issues. I don't know how old they were, but they looked and ran as if they were brand new!The service was super on the ball, and had everything ready for us the second we got there!I will definitely be renting from here again, and would highly recommend to everyone!UPDATE:Just had my second experience with Island Park Rentals, and I'm even more impressed! My family stayed in the West Yellowstone Cabin" this past week

We had a great time staying at the Grizzly Cabin. We got a fresh layer of snow overnight and it made for a very beautiful setting. Our kids enjoyed playing in the new snow in the area and this cabin was centrally located to West Yellowstone, Harriman State Park and other beautiful areas to explore. The cabin had all the necessary amenities and slept everyone very comfortably. Highly recommend!

The cabin was very clean and we loved the way it was laid out. We fit two families (four adults, four teens and two English labradors) in the cabin. It was comfortable to hang out. The table fits 8 comfortably and there are four leather recliners in the living room. We held family movie night and some of the kids watched from the loft area since the tv was hung high enough.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The coffee maker is only a 4 cup, so we had to make multiple pots to energize the adults. There is no large pot to make big batches of spaghetti or chili, but there is a slow cooker.The cabin is stocked with everything from toilet paper to kitchen sponges and detergent. The cabin does have a jacuzzi and a nice big grill.The location is perfect if you want to get away from the touristy West Yellowstone area, but it's not too far where you're driving forever before reaching the West entrance. The cabin is also located in between other state parks and national forests. Jake and Carol were easy to communicate with and gave us really great suggestions on hikes and things to do that doesn't come up on Google.Overall, we had a wonderful trip and are already thinking about when we can come back!

What can I say about this place, my wife and I and two friends stayed here for four nights in June 2019  and the place is huge! I'm sure the place had just been refurbished because everything was so clean and tidy and everything smelt fresh and new but reading other reviews it sounds like it's like this all the time, everything that you needed was there ( maybe a kettle for guests from England ,sorry we love our tea) . Was a peaceful and quiet area to stay and ideal for the West Entrance to Yellowstone, a special mention for Carol who kept in contact with us regarding any requirements and to Jake for making us feel so welcome. If we ever get back to Yellowstone will definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is thinking of staying in this area.

We rented a large side by side that fit 6 people. They were friendly and easy to work with. They were always available via text and always answered promptly. I shopped around and they had the best prices. we really enjoyed the time frame of 9am-6pm. it allowed us to do a lot of exploring. It was great to be able to leave our motorhome there for the day as well. Our kids are ages 6, 10, 13, & 14. we fit comfortably and it was great to be able to ride all together as a family:) plenty of storage in the back to fit coolers and any other supplies. Bring bungees or rope to secure them though.

We stayed at the Black Bear lodge this weekend and it was beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend it to everyone. The fully equipped kitchen was fantastic. We also loved the hot tub!

We stayed at the Deer Creek cabin this past weekend & it was perfect. Plenty of room, clean, comfortable, it had everything we needed & it is a perfect snowmobiling location. Definitely staying here again!

Love going though it's been a while. We are going again soon.

We had an awesome experience staying at this cabin! It was affordable, just the right size for 5 people, and only 20 minutes from the entrance to Yellowstone. Mike, the owner, stayed in contact via text for any questions or concerns we had. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

We stayed at Grizzly Lodge at the beginning of the year. Amanda was fantastic to work with. She ensured every detail of our trip was taken care of!The views were breath taking. Our lodge had 360 degree views of the peaks and trees! The hot tub was amazing. The lodge was gorgeous. Heated tile too - where has this been all of my life?! I can't wait to come back!

This cabin did not let us down. Kitchen had everything needed to cook for the11 people we had in our group. We had enough towels for our group.Loved the loft with many beds for the kids while parents were comfortable in the bedrooms. 15 to 20 minutes from the West Yellowstone gate and close to West Yellowstone for shopping and dining. Had a wonderful time and would use Island park cabins again. Mike was attentive to all our needs.

The Deer Creek Cabin was perfect for our 8 person group. We stayed Jan 12-14, 2021. The sleds we rented from them were perfect too! We had an issue with one sled the first day, they promptly switched it for another and had us back playing in the snow in no time! I highly reccomend Island Park Cabins and Lodges for your Island Park winter adventure!!!

We ❤️ Island Park! A group of about 9 couples from our neighborhood took a trip up to explore the trails on snowmobiles. Most of us had to rent the machines. As you can imagine, that's a lot of machines to try to get to one place for all those people! It was such a relief and so awesome that we were able to show up to our cabin and the snowmobiles were already waiting for us!! The machines were so nice and in great shape, so much fun to ride and explore on! And the people that worked with us to get all of this set up were amazing! They were so nice and sincere, willing to work with us on whatever gear we needed. Whether it was helmets, boots, goggles or gloves, they had it! So helpful! When it was time to leave they came and grab the machines, making it less stressful to try to get all of them back. Thanks you guys for the fun and for all you did to make our stay amazing and memorable! We ❤️ you guys! We will definitely be back next year😁

We had a wonderful time at Island Park Cabins and Lodges (Jake's place).  I loved the western theme with the 'Rusty Moose' name and the inside of the place had a great feel ranging from the wood beams to the stuffed bear in the living room.  The couches and beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed from a coffee maker to a variety of fry pans and pots. We made spaghetti a couple of nights and had burgers on the grill twice and we had all the tools and appliances you could want. The bathrooms had everything we needed, too – nice big fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer and nice big counters.

Enjoyed our stay and hope to get back out that way again

We had a great time in this adorable cabin! It had everything we needed and within close distance to West Yellowstone. We even got to watch a fox right out the window. Was a great place to spend our family vacation!

grizzley lodge is a great place to stay with a large group. good place to go hang out, look at the views, and sit by the fire. there are lots of TVs and large spaces to play games. it also has everything you need for a big meal. highly suggested if you will be visiting the area. 5 star service and 5 star fun.

This property was clean and cozy, and our family of four had a great stay here as a jumping off point for our Yellowstone adventures. We initially had some trouble locating the correct unit (due to no address numbers that we could see), but Mike was very responsive and got us sorted out after a quick text. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband, 2 kids and myself stayed in the "West Yellowstone Cabin" this past week! It was a dream come true! The cabin was really spacious. We are planning on coming back with a big group of friends, and this will definitely be the cabin we bring them to! It seems like it has plenty of room for at least 12 people.My husband and I really enjoyed the hot tub! The view from it was super pretty with all the trees covered in the snow! We also were really glad to find that the cabin had killer WiFi! We streamed several movies, and never had buffering or any problems! Most of the time when we stay at a cabin, we are just stuck with DVD's! Jake, and the rest of the management team were all super helpful, and very responsive! They answered all our questions, and made the process really easy! Everything was super clean!We were very impressed! I would definitely recommend staying in one of their cabins, and especially the West Yellowstone Cabin!

Jake was very helpful getting me everything I wanted at an affordable price! Would definitely go to him again if I was in island park!
